Resights began with a vision to consolidate real estate data onto a single platform - to save time and improve decision making. No more cluttered spreadsheets or gut feelings 😵💫 Since then, we have through an unusual close relationship to customers, developed the platform immensely. Today, the platform caters for many different use cases. For example, you can find new investment properties, analyse cities and automate direct mails to property owners.
So, in a nutshell, that’s Resights. But in truth, what really defines us are the 45 people behind our software. A collection of team players who, in three years, have built one of the fastest growing startups in Denmark, boasting over 1200 customers. Even with healthy finances and no big VC check. We like to think of ourselves as sympathetic doers. By sympathetic doers, we mean being able to make serious progress super fast without sacrificing being human in the process. We laugh, we have fun, and we know what happens in each others’ lives.
We are approx. 20 people strong split between frontend, backend, designers and product managers. We are a mix of problem thinkers and solution designers, all working towards improving our product and paving the way for the future of the commercial real estate industry. We are a team where all thoughts and opinions are valued, no matter who it comes from. Our role is highly cross-functional, and we are working with all teams and customers to improve our product. We have direct access to everything we need. Customers, internal stakeholders and experts, so we literally have no excuses.

Just a few days ago, we launched a significant update to one of our popular modules, Trades. Based on learnings and customer feedback we decided to change the core UX and how we enrich it with even more useful data.

Tech stack
Our tech stack consists of backend services and workflows written in Python. Everything is deployed to Kubernetes, using ArgoCD, and our data workflows are orchestrated by Argo Workflows. The frontend is a SPA written with VueJS. Finally, everything is hosted on AWS. Besides that, our engineers know their way around document-oriented databases (Elasticsearch) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
About you

Resights' application is not your typical frontend; it's a place where you have to be creative and deeply excited about the possibilities of the data. It's a challenging animal where great engineering principles are put to the test.
Past experience
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, preferably in startups
- Strong background developing single page applications with Vue.js, React or similar
- Preferably experience in feature flagging or the likes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in communicating goals, priorities and projects in a comprehensible way
- Knowledge of design systems and the implementation of it
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch is a plus

- Leading and mentoring the frontend team in all projects and efforts we are running
- Developing and implementing best practices of frontend development
- Planning, scoping and evaluating pros and cons of simple vs. complex implementations
- Managing project timelines and deliverables for the frontend team
- Being the go-to person for feedback, reviews and quality of work from the frontend team
- Guiding and helping your team making the right engineering decisions
- Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability
- Coding! We are still a small organisation - expect to get your hands dirty.
